- Experience in Finance Accounts logistics environment would be an added advantage.
- Prepare and issue cheque for the Company.
- Maintain accounting records, assist daily administrative work in Account dept and filing documents
- Knowledge in GST and administration on the submission of GST claims.
- Knowledge in accounting system.
- Coordinate and ensure the billing activities are up to date.
- Provide support to operations activities.
- Practice and ensure effectiveness of the Quality system and procedures in daily routine work.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required by management.
Gaji pokok - RM1,000.00 ke RM1,200.00 (bergantung kepada pengalaman)
2. KERANI BILLING di KLIA
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in Finance Accounts logistics environment would be an added advantage.
- This position is responsible for creating the invoices for the Company
- Scan all invoices before sending out to customers.
- Issues monthly customer's statement.
- Track record between shipping log and on line job register.
- Coordinate and ensure the billing activities are up to date.
- Provide support to operations activities.
- Practice and ensure effectiveness of the Quality system and procedures in daily routine work.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required by management.
Gaji pokok - RM1,000.00 ke RM1,200.00 (bergantung kepada pengalaman)
